Is it really free?
Yes. No invoice and nothing to sign. If you want us to go deeper afterwards, we will scope it in writing first.
Who will I be speaking with?
A senior strategist from the team above, matched to what you need. Not a business development rep reading from a script.
What should I prepare?
Nothing beyond the form. Access to Google Analytics or your ad accounts helps us go further, but we can work from your website alone.
We are not in Sydney. Does that matter?
No. Most calls are by video and we work with businesses across Australia. Sydney clients are welcome to come into the office.
Is there a minimum budget?
We work best with businesses spending or planning to spend on marketing each month. The budget question on the form helps us give you a realistic answer, not a pitch.
What happens after the call?
You get a short written summary of what we discussed. If there is a fit, a proposal follows within a week. If not, you keep the summary and the advice.
